Sorry family members are not eligible. Draw date July 1, 2011.
My grandmother's from st. Johns. Moved to the States in 57. I've never had the chance to visit, but have always wanted to. This would be great to win and share with her!
I'm told over and over by people I meet from Newfoundland how beautiful it is. My gran brings it up at least once a week when I chat with her and I'm hoping to visit one day. But she doesn't really have that many pictures. So some beautiful photography of the place she calls home would be a wonderful treat to share with her, as she doesn't actually get to go visit very often.
This is exciting. My husband who is 97 and has fond memories of growing up in St Johns. He has a great love for books and would cherish your book. If I do not win, how can I obtain a cop, will it be on Amazon. Onita Barkley-King
Hi Brian I really like your pictures. The picture I purchased "King of the Sea" is absolutely beautiful on my wall, keep up the good work and the best of luck with your book
My trip to Newfoundland in 2008 was a highlight of my travels in Canada. A friend from work happened to be planning a visit at about the same time. I wished her Bon Voyage and said, "See you in Newfoundland." Well, wouldn't you know it...we just happened to stay in Trinity at the same B&B on the same night, not knowing each other was there until breakfast the next morning! I thought stuff like this happened only in Saskatchewan.
I'm enjoying seeing Newfoundland through your camera lens. Would love to win your book and would like to visit again.
Hey all please "Like and comment" I need this to track you. Until now I have manually recorded the first several entries. Thanks!
